Great place to stay. There is a bus in to Antibes and Nice. A Carrefour supermarket nearby also. To add in a McDonald's and Burger King if you wish. The Hotel has a swimming pool and Gym. There is so much to do in the area that we used it as a base mainly to spend time at Antibes old Town, Nice and Monaco. Great experience one to do. The location is great for taking public transportation. Had paid for a room with a view but got a junkyard view. The breakfast was absolutely not good. No vegetables. No toaster if you wanted to toast bread. The same boring breakfast every day. We were there for 3 nights. Had no cleaning. Had to go down and get toilet paper that ran out. My main issue was that was a lack of surfaces in the flat, only one table in the room and no separate outside table but that's not the end of the world. Flat was very clean though and everything basic provided and the pool was lovely. In terms of location, nothing that the hotel can do themselves but I would say it's somewhat difficult to stay here without a car, we did manage with buses but they stop at 9:30pm (but there are taxis). There is a 50 euro deposit requested on arrival, but the website says 200 so that should be updated. You are also expected to remove your rubbish or pay a cleaning fee, but without having a car this is quite difficult. The negatives (that I wish I would have known) are that it’s an hour walk (or 40 minute bus ride) to the train station and old town Antibes. Next time, I would just reserve a hotel on the train line in a different town (it would be much easier). Also, the room is very basic: uncomfortable bed, even more uncomfortable pillows, no glass, no drinking water.
