It had uncomfortable bedding and our room smelled a bit musty. The shower water turned to scalding level if someone flushed a toilet while you were showering. One time we entered the front door to the lobby and the guy behind the desk simply got up and walked into another area rather than greet us. I think the 9.2 rating on Expedia is too high for this place. It did have a nice view of the ocean from our balcony and the woman who checked us in was lovely.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent—right across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, old Antibes, and Picasso museum. The staff is cheerful and accommodating. Breakfast had a nice selection of foods. A good value in a great location.

Great hotel in Antibes

We had great rooms on with a balcony overlooking the beach. The hotel is 2 floors, the rooms upstairs have the balcony. Its nice to sit outside in the morning and late afternoon. Location is really great, walking distance to Juan Les Pins, old town of Antibles and lots of restaurants. The beach is across the street. Its a small hotel, nice lobby and helpful staff

Found bedding/sheets had not been changed when we went to use the bed our first night there. The bed was made so it seems that it was a deliberate action not to change the sheets from the previous room user. When asked, staff did change the bedding. There was also a strong sewer smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.

Nice stay, it could have been better

We stayed in the room next to breakfast lounge, and every morning we were woken by the noise of dragging chairs and tables and someone walking around in high heels. This was constant for the duration of our stay. We did ask the reception if it was possible to change room, and we were given a very blunt NO. Overall the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect and close to the city centre.

4-Good location, especially for beach access. 4-Nice staff. 3-Property generally looks and feels tired, worn out… 2-Had ‘Don’t Disturb’ placard on door handle; they did enter anyway and did a couple of odd things when I was out. 1-Really, really disliked having to walk up/down 2 flights of stairs to get to my “classic” (their word) room; my 71 yr old knees were not happy.

The hotel was just great. Spacious and clean room, with a nice balcony with sea view. The location is great. Just a small walk (10 min) to reach the old town. A 15-20 minute walk to reach Juan Les Pins. To the closest beaches its just like a minute away. Breakfast was great! All people working in the hotel felt very nice and always helpful with a smile. An bonus was that the hotel has a private parking for their guests. Not all guests will get a parking slot, but still. Really great to have your car parked right outside. We really have no complaints! Thank you and we definitely come back once we visit Antibes again!

I can’t recommend this hotel enough - nothing was too much trouble for the friendly, attentive staff, from providing extra complimentary bottles of water and biscuits, lending us a parasol for the beach, taking luggage to the room… The hotel is directly opposite a lovely family friendly beach with calm, shallow water, and there is a playground nearby. There is a boulangerie on the corner in a small parade of shops. Both Antibes old town and Juan les Pins are within walking distance. Our room was bright, clean and modern, the extra bed fit perfectly by the window and the air conditioning and the electric shutters were very welcome. The room had a kettle and a small fridge. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
