Spacious and Newly renovated apartment in the heart of Madrid. Ideally located within a 15 min walk to landmarks Plaza de España, Palacio Real, and a few minutes walk to Templo de Debod, Parque del Oeste and Moncloa Subway Station. Perfect for families, large groups of friend and couples retreats.

This cosy and carefully decorated 108m² apartment comprises of 3 double bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 large living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. It accommodates 6 guests comfortably and is wheelchair accessible.
Bathroom includes clean towels, shower gel, hand soap, hair dryer and toilet paper.
Kitchen includes electric hobs, coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
Wifi, central heating, iron/ironing board are also at your disposal.

Please note that a late check in fee of €35 will be charged for check in later than 20:00pm until 23:00pm.
