Excellent experience. Really like the rooftop patio/pool. Spacious with a layout that also felt private. Staff were very friendly. AC initially did not work well, but they were able to fix this right away. We would definitely come back.

Axel hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and ready to help when we had questions. The hotel is located close to plaza mayor, puerta sol and lot of restaurants and bars. The room was very clean, the pool was very nice, the massage was very relaxing. Overall amazing place!!!!

My couple and I stayed on a premium suite and unfortunately, the hotel is not in the conditions that are shown in the pictures. Not clean enough, items like the door room and electricity were not working on the right conditions. Their sofa were old and dirty. The rooftop area was kind of old too and deteriorated. Definitely not cost-value.

Compared to our stay at Axel in Barcelona this location was somewhat of a let down. Overall clean and well maintained. However the rooms were dark and the layout/vibe was more "emo teenager" than hip/queer. The breakfast also had less offering compared to our stay at the Axel in Barcelona.

Convenient, Walking distance to some tourist attractions and shopping. Room is clean, the gym is ok but not a lot of equipment. The rooftop bar and pool is nice. The only complain is my bathroom sink is right infront of the window and have no curtains whatsoever to prevent other guest from seeing me use it.
