Hotel is right by the shore so water is accessible, they help with car rentals, you di t have to go look for it. Staff is the best , especially one of the managers was so help-full and great at what she was doing. It is a very clean facility buffet was very good with variety of food. I would recommend to anyone.

The hotel has very friendly and hardworking staff. The manager is also very attentive to the needs of the guest when needed. The food and the staff in their restaurant was also very nice, to include the very impressive breakfast buffet.

The Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas is a beautiful, well-kept hotel featuring all the top amenities you could possibly need. As a solo traveler, I especially enjoyed relaxing by the fantastic outdoor pool area. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and very comfortable throughout my stay. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff—everyone was exceptionally nice, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

The loby and, restaurant and terrace area are nicely appointed and extremely clean. Room was pretty clean overall but we found some hair in the shower floor upon arrival. The staff was nice, the restaurant's food was decent however a bit overpriced. The walls between the rooms are paper thin so you can hear pretty much everything. The pool was a bit overcrowded. There was a foul smell in our room for some time but it faded away after a while. The bathroom sink was clogged.

I arrived very late, around 11:30 PM, and requested a late checkout since the standard checkout time was 11:00 AM, but my request was denied. Overall, the hotel was nice. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located near both the airport and my event venue. However, getting into the city via public transportation was inconvenient, so I had to rely on taxis for transportation.
