"Very nice hotel in Salamanca Madrid"
This is my favorite hotel in Madrid, small, Charming, great rooms, great staff and the best location in the area of Salamanca in Madrid. In the corner of Goya and Velázquez, it has a superb location.

"great hotel in the middle of the city"
very nice hotel great location to see madrid as on a main street where everything is walkable. The bus tour also stops outside the hotel which is great. The staff very helpful at reception told us where to go and how to get there with a map which made things very easy. Room was large enough with a king size bed but did not have breakfast as a bit expensive at 15.00 euros and you can get that for 4 people if you go down the main st Gran Via. I would recommend this hotel as very good.

"Best location in Madrid "
The location of this hotel is the best of all. My room number was 102 with terrible wifi coverage. The room was very very noisy due to bar and the restaurant on the ground level late at night for sleeping. Apart from noise and wifi no other down side and for Madrid visitors it's location is 10/10.

"Hotel Urban in Madrid"
The Urban Hotel was a slightly mixed experience. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms were not very large overall and we upgraded to a Junior Suite which was the size of a normal room in other hotels. The Air Conditioning in the room was good. There is no pay tv or movie system which the staff acknowledged was a drawback. The staff offered a DVD player and some DVDs instead. The rooftop bar and pool area was not big enough to accommodate residents and people coming in from outside. This became a particular problem in the evenings. Not enough sun loungers around the pool with people having to use mats etc. There isn't enough places to eat within the hotel - and the glass bar was the only place to go apart from the rooftop terrace. For some reason the film Bladerunner is played continuously in the glass bar which was a little odd. It's a contemporary hotel which had its own character however it wouldn't be to everybody's taste. Breakfast was good however at a cost of €26 per person. The hotel is marketed on Expedia as being for people of 18years old and over however this is not the case. There were quite a few young children staying there during our stay. This is quite important if you want a child free stay which we had hoped for and chose the hotel on that basis.

"Gorgeous hotel next to the park"
AC Palacio is a stunning hotel next to Retiro park. The hotel Itself is beautifully designed. We stayed in a superior room which was very spacious and very well cleaned each day.
