"A nicely decorated room, well located within walking distance for the main tourist attractions. The bathroom was very spacious, the hot water was very hot, and it was quiet around the room. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The magazine provided was also very interesting. The breakfast was great - a lot of variety, hot and delicious, and the staff were very friendly. The only thing was it would have been good to have parking within the cost of the room, we had to park at the park and ride and walk down which took some time. Overall a very pleasant stay for our first time in Bath."

"Beautiful old property but faded grandeur meant it needs a bit of TLC. Our room and bathroom including sheets and towels were very clean but the carpet was stained the radiator was caked in debris and the cupboard needed a clean. The bathroom looked recently updated and was nice. Amazing views from the rear of the hotel. Good parking and convenient for Bradford on Avon and a short journey to Longlete."

"Very comfortable bed and room. Friendly and welcoming staff at reception, and they gave us a lovely warm cookie on check-in. The only downside, was the sign in sheet was printed in incredibly small font, and the printer clearly needed a service and some ink."
