"My stay was great my only issue is that housekeepers needs to make sure the showers are well cleaned as they were murky stuff at the bottom of the shower doors and i used some wipes to way it away "

"Our room had an unbeatable view of the Hudson River and World Trade Centre. We traveled with a small child and there were accessible subway stations close by to accommodate our stroller. Staff were amazing and the rooms were clean although maybe not quite as updated as other properties. The only thing that would have improved the stay would be to have onsite parking and a fridge in our room."

"I only gave service a 4 star because of our reception. My hubby and I got in late, around 2am after flight delays. There was no one at the front desk and no bell to ring to get anyone’s attention. The security guard was sitting at a desk watching his phone, completely ignoring us. After almost 1 minute, I had to get his attention. He called for the receptionist who came after a minute. He did not apologize for keeping us waiting. They were lucky we were so whipped out and just needed to sleep. The hotel is beautiful. I always love a modern, slightly retro look. Rooms so spacious. Excellent service at breakfast the next morning. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"'Standard Room, 1 King Bed, City View' was large for NYC standards! We loved the location, right down the street from the famous Katz's deli and other great food options. Subway station was close by. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Other reviews mentioned noise complaints, but our Sunday and Monday night stay was quiet. Our room on the 8th floor had a good, but not great, view of the city. We looked out to a courtyard and nearby city buildings, but if you stay in the high floors above the 15th floor bar you'd have amazing skyline views. The morning coffee and Mr Purple have the beautiful outdoor space and views so the room view wasn't critical to us. We'd look to stay here next time we're back in the city."
