Park Plaza London Riverbank

Park Plaza London Riverbank

10/10 Excellent
"Perfect location for our, all the staff were helpful and friendly from start to finish. Eliza at the front desk was extremely helpful giving all the information needed for our stay- the kids play room downstairs was lovely and perfect keep my daughter entertained until we went for dinner, Orchi did a fantastic job keeping the children entertained and setting up the gaming stations. Breakfast had a great choice of foods and you could asked for freshly made pancakes ,omelettes and poached eggs. We accessed the pool which also had a steam room and sauna. We would recommended and will be staying again as a family"

"Very convenient location right near Albert Hall, ideal for our Proms visit. Staff everywhere were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and functional with excellent wifi, though a bit small for a double and had only 1 chair - that was ok for our 1 night but perhaps not so good for a longer stay. Buffet breakfast was good value, with plenty of food and lots of choice. It was a pity we arrived at the refectory just as a school group was going through so self-service was a bit slow and chaotic, but you could go back to get what you missed when the queue subsided. We ended up sharing a table with three delightful young Chinese girls keen to chat, an enjoyable bonus."
