"This place is just okay, paying more for area than experience. The initial room I checked into did not have hot water, I was immediately upgraded into a larger room and the problem resolved. Otherwise, it just felt like I was staying in an apartment complex. There is construction happening nearby: although the building is well-insulated, you can hear it. It makes the experience of sitting out on the balcony less enjoyable. There were no slippers or robes provided, the pool is TINY, very often there is no staff around. When they were around they were having really loud conversations in the lobby. None of this was a dealbreaker, it’s still a good place to stay, but it definitely wasn’t the luxury experience I expected. "

"A great place to stay in Miami. The rooms were so clean and spacious. The only downside to this hotel is the traffic noise it is pretty constant, Lots of cars tooting."

"I will NEVER stay at this Arlo Wynwood again. First upon checking in we were notified of a “hidden fee”of $120 after I already paid it he hotel fees. Secondly I booked this particular hotel because on the website it showed the beautiful rooftop pool and bar and found out it was closed due to renovations. Staff said everyone was notified of the renovations but I NEVER GOT THAT NOTICE. 😡On top of that we couldn’t sleep in on our anniversary trip because of the banging and drilling due to the renovations. Horrible hotel."

"Hole in the wall"

"Location is excellent and the common areas very chic. I originally booked the one bedroom, but upon arrival the air conditioning was broken. The room was also a little run down and had seen better days. I said something to management and they were very helpful. For my second and third nights they moved me to the 2 bedroom which felt much nicer and cleaner. Air conditioning also worked. That being said, the shower did not drain properly. Overall, this is a nice enough place for the price, but needs to invest more in upkeep and maintenance."
