"The layout is great. The three bedrooms have comfortable full/double beds. Less than 5 minute walk to Grassmarket and maybe 7 to Royal Mile. The location is great if you want to be in the middle of Old Town. There is a pub across the street. They closed at one, and any noise we heard was when groups of patrons left, not continually. I didn't consider it a problem. Not luxurious, but nice. Very clean. I thought it was a bargain compared to paying for 2-3 hotel rooms Would be happy to stay again."
