A couple of minor detractions: 1\. The towel heating rail could only be activated by turning up the heating for the whole apartment; 2\. Being close to a pub meant there was occasionally some noise from patrons leaving at night \[but it was also very handy for a drink and food :) \]. The location was perfect for a 5 day stay in Edinburgh. Communication and support when needed were spot on. Destiny Scotland had thought of everything - even down to leaving us a couple of washing detergents/dishwasher tablets, airers for laundry, iron alongside bedding, towels, hair dryers etc. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spacious and a perfect relaxation spot. Also impressed by the security of the property - gated entrance with code, and a secure luggage storage area which we used on arrival and departure. On the plus side, the comfy sofa, the tv, the high pressure shower, big fridge and all the appliances. No need to bring anything (although we did as didn’t know this) everything from cutlery, crockery and utensils all supplied as well as toilet roll, kitchen towel and handwash, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel! I would highly recommend these apartments and would stay again. Cleaning staff and maintenance person tried to assist but unfortunately the damage was done to our clothing.
