The manager insisted we did receive instructions and it turned out it was a 9 month old email received when we booked last year. We were unable to get discounted parking because we did ot respond last year. We also needed an additional blanket and manager wanted an explanation why. We ended up buying one on our own. Property itself was as promised and as pictures indicated. It was serviceable and provided enough space for a family. Kitchen was also as promised.
