"The room was very clean, but very tired. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls the lights in the bathroom were flickering loads and took ages to turn on. The bath was very chipped and when you ran the taps the water leaked all across the top of the bath. The bed had lovely bedding but the bed was way too soft and ended up with snacking back in the morning. Room very hot as well."

Was told breakfast was u till 10am however it finished at 9.30am. Was told checkout on the Saturday was 10am however it was 11am on weekend, also housekeeping entered our room at 9.10am to clean we hadn’t even had our breakfast delivered which was due at 9.45 and was cold.
