Staff very helpful, room we stayed in was only a small compact room but was Excellent and would definitely recommend a stay here. To top it off the hand written card welcoming each guest on arrival is a nice personal touch "

"Lovely hotel, a couple of issues we got woken up twice by people putting scaffolding on our window. We didnt feel comfortable as we couldnt open the curtains as 2 men were literally stood on scaffolding infront of the window Also we had our do not disturb sign on but the staff still knocked and came in the room with a builder who was going to changing the window the next day. When was asked at reception what time it was being done they didn't know. So we had to set our alarm early and leave early as we where worried we where going to be woken up again"

"The location was spot on brilliant central to everything Hotel was out of this world with decoation, and the bed was HUGE!. And the most comfortable ive ever stayed in! Definitely will be back. "

"What a remarkably pleasant and caring group of people, particularly RItesh at front desk. I ordered dental kit on the app at 1 am and it promptly showed up at my door! Decor was delightful with charging points a plenty and water pressure/temprature was brilliant. Kem at breakfast was very caring and the spread was decent. I look forward to returning"
