"First time visiting Liverpool and first time staying in a radison red hotel. The hotel is right next door to trainstation and weatherspoons and the theatre which is very handy. The staff in the hotel help in so many ways even helping lift my mums wheelchair and our luggage down the few stairs. When I come back this is the only hotel I will come back to as you feel very safe having to use keycards for lift etc. "

"Nice hotel, a bit dated but that's in keeping with it's location. Room was nice & well equipped (tea tray, toiletries). Staff were friendly and, although we were out until after 9pm, we came back to a singer who was very good. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. For the price, I'd book again."

"The staff were amazing!!! So lovely. Charlotte checked us in and because it was our 1st time in Liverpool got us a room that had a view of Liverpool which made us feel really speacial. The chap that greeted us at the door was lovely, the waiters in the bar were lovely! We are already planning our next stay!!!!"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, staff were so friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble. Situation right in the heart of the centre so walking distance to most places yet it was so quiet in the hotel you could have been anywhere. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again. "
