Mixed emotions about my stay at the Talardy Hotel. Unfortunately I was isolating because I was having cancer treatment and my wife and kids all had coughs and colds. So I booked the Talardy as it was very reasonably priced and around the corner from the hospital I was getting chemotherapy and radiotherapy. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, a week later, I cannot think of one negative about this place. My room was comfortable, clean and practical. All I needed. When I went to their...

Lovely room with windows to open. On the beach and great staff. Pool was quiet and great for adult swim.

Really nice hotel, fantastic food and beer, breakfast was great too

Lovely hotel standard room very clean and comfortable. More vegetarian options on the menu would be welcome.

Third time I have stayed here. Lots to like Easy Access from Metro Station.Direct from Liverpool Lime Street Close to good beach side walks West Kirby a short bus ride away with nice coffee shops and beach. Hotel has 6 rooms the ones I have stayed in have been large, clean and have very comfortable beds. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food at the upper end of Pub Grub. Hoylake is quirky with some good bars and restaurants Only slight quibble - If you arrive 20 minutes before the time of...

The facilities and food superseded the 3 star rating. The beef on the Sunday dinner was the best beef I’ve tasted. The jacuzzi in the morning looking over a beautiful sun rise has set me up for the week. My new favourite hotel in the area.

Lovely characterful inn, welcoming and friendly saff, great food both in the evening and breakfast

Although the room was dated ,the bed was very comfy, room very clean, The breakfast was lovely ,staff couldn't do enough for you . I wouldn't definitely stay here again

Very friendly staff great breakfast

Loved our stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool - will definitely be returning!

Service exceptional from the start , food was really good . Had a spa which looked very inviting but sadly no time to use it . Would visit again.

All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very comfortable and warm. Breakfast was very reasonably priced at £4.50 for a a Continental breakfast with pastries, fruit, cereals and yoghurt along with tea/coffee.

Excellent service.

Nice quiet location, rooms nice not super luxury but high end. Very nice spa pool, lovely and warm and allow kids at certain hours only. The restaurant was good food but not very good service.

My wife and I stayed over on a Saturday night, with me going to watch the football and my wife going shopping. We then met at 6pm and had a terrific evening in Liverpool. We arrived early morning on the Saturday and were happily allowed to leave the car in the hotel car park. The host Mr Tacy is a newlywed, young, polite, and he kindly guided us through our stay with care, interest and genuine goodwill. The famous "Ferry Across The Mersey" dock is just 100 metres from the hotel, and a bus...

Attention to detail, everything was spotlessly clean. Good shower, nice towels. Refreshments in room.Friendly hosts. Lovely breakfast, cooked to perfection. Bar if you fancy a tipple. My only slight negative was lack of blackout blinds or drapes, was awake very early as the room was flooded with light. But everything else spit on. Thank you Diane & Chris.

Upgraded to deluxe room! Absolutely lovely with huge bed and bedroom, jacuzzi in bath and his n hers bathrobes! Coffee making facilities. Gorgeous cooked breakfast with cereals and fruit too.

Location was a bit rural for us but otherwise couldn't fault it!

Lovely staff, food excellent, and rooms very comfortable. The only thing is you can't walk anywhere, and you are a bit stuck on the bypass, but this is no fault of the hotel. Would definitely return, plenty of food options nearby with Subway and Diner, but check the hotels food out, as it was excellent.

Welcoming staff, large family room, comfortable bed, breakfast delicious. Stairs quite steep (i should have booked a room on lower floor) i didnt have any issue but felt if i had they would de addressed and dealt with effectively. Thank you for a wonderful stay over.
