Located right on the Cotswold Way with wonderful views, this hotel is a perfect destination for walkers or weekend jaunts. Now this is not a luxury spot with people running around getting massages and Bellinis, it's a straighforward country hotel providing very comfortable rooms with great views. Everything is perfectly clean and well cared for. The staff is top notch. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious (yes, good menus, really good food, very well prepared) and the service was en point!...

The hotel is charming, elegant and comfortable in a wonderful setting. The restaurant service is excellent.
A couple of small points. It would be an addition to one of the 3 lounges if a bar were installed to add further atmosphere particularly in the evening. I was not asked if I would like a news paper in the morning, which I subsequently learnt was included in the rate. The coffee in the morning breakfast was very weak. Would I return? definitely.

We have stayed at this hotel before prior to the refurbishment and loved it then. Even better now with the modern atrium brasserie. Chose this location to celebrate 'special' birthdays and the meal surpassed expectations. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming. And the breakfasts ... we had eggs florentine which were cooked to perfection!

The Bell Hotel is in the perfect town centre location, easy to find with a good car park.
All of the staff we encountered were polite and very helpful.
The room was very comfortable, excellent double bed with fresh, crisp linen and towels.
The ensuite bathroom had a powerful shower, easily adjusted for temperature.
We and two non residents enjoyed an excellent full English breakfast in a most congenial atmosphere.
Checkout was straight forward, no fuss, competent.
Thank you to Emma and her...

Attractive building with adjoining golf course, which meant manicured scenery to enjoy even if you don’t golf.
Too little parking adjacent to reception/ main hotel . Always full by 8pm meaning you need to park much further away. Alright in fine weather but when wet , as I experienced .

The best hotel, luxury, amazing food, the service was the best I have experienced. We were allowed a early check in, late check out, borrowed hunters boots for walks, coincierge service was spot on ( thanks Kevin). Stunning spa and pool. The great hall is beautiful, highly recommend!!

A beautiful spot and a lovely old mill building that has been renovated very well indeed.
Rooms are very nicely decorated and appointed, with comfy beds and pillows.
