A nice, clean hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly and approachable staff. Meals were very generous, filling and delicious! Breakfast was a mix of continental and cooked so it set us up for the day. Would love to come back.

Two night break to see the Hollies.Hotel tucked away in the hills with great views and good base for walking.. Enjoyed the town walk and returned for delicious dinner at the Hotel.
Room was well furbished and comfortable, and good service from the restaurant staff both at dinner and breakfast, the latter having a tasty cooked breakfast. Good parking facilities with easy short drive to Malvern

The Bell Inn is a delightful property in beautiful surroundings. Our room was clean & bright with a very comfortable double bed. We had an evening meal & breakfast the following morning & the food was excellent. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We would definitely stay here again 😊

Stayed one night only in a classic room (206). Small but pleasant, overlooking the square. Went for a wander in the evening to look at the abbey. Very nice. Breakfast (buffet ) included and all staff very pleasant and helpful. Good experience, would book again.

We stopped over in the Mount Pleasant for two nights and took in a show at the nearby theatre (5 mins walking). The staff in reception, the bar and dining rooms were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean indeed and a particular well done to Chef for those memorable breakfasts. Well done to the team at The Mount Pleasant.

Was lovely hotel is very clean staff very helpful and friendly, rooms are standard double bed tv bathroom a little small but was only 2 of us and we only slept in there, the pool, hot tub etc was lovely too. Beds are a little uncomfortable gave me and my partner a bad back. Apart from that everything was great!

Attractive building with adjoining golf course, which meant manicured scenery to enjoy even if you don’t golf.
Too little parking adjacent to reception/ main hotel . Always full by 8pm meaning you need to park much further away. Alright in fine weather but when wet , as I experienced .

Easy place to find. Parking on site. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was comfortable.
Evening meals and breakfast were good.
Only negative comment to add is that it would be nice to be able to check in before 6pm on days the pub is closed until then.

A beautiful hotel which has retained original features. All staff were wonderful. We stayed for 2 nights in a suite overlooking the river ...gorgeous! Our ensuite room was huge with a very big and comfortable 4 poster bed. All areas were clean and warm. The hot breakfast was made to order and was piping hot. A rareity these days ! A wonderful hotel which we will have no hesitation staying here again. 10/10
