"Really enjoyed our long weekend here. Good spot in the countryside while obly being a short walk from the lub and short drive from Kendal and lots of natoional trust properties. Plenty warm enough. Only just had 6 sets of kitchenware so felt we were constantly washing up, which was the obly minor downside. "

"Where do i start. Vendor failed to notify us of access code. No communicarion what so ever. Contacted you guys and you could only do the same as me which was to try reach out to the vendor. I had never heard of VRBO before and i will most definantely not be using you again. Why would you let vendors like this smear your name . Lost 176 as couldnt get in the building ! "

"Big house with great sized rooms and plenty space for our 15 adults and 5 children. Hot tub was great. Living space/bar area very roomy and open. The owners were very flexible with the Sunday checkout times which was nice of them. The kitchen is a professional kitchen (for the weekday BnB purpose I guess) so not quite the social space that you're used to in a more traditional house. One of the bedrooms does have a particularly un-private toilet in it, which may trouble some people. But overall,...

"This is an excellent property, clean and welcoming, full range of modern appliances, internet access etc.Very comfortable and we had a great time.My only niggle is that there is no coffee machine/cafetière so no coffee in the morning.. if this could be added the house would be perfect.."
