- if you are going to spend money on a nice dinner try the half board… the 2 restaurants onsite were amazing and the Breakfast Buffet was hardy and plentiful
- Stored my luggage for free for 11 days and had it in my room when I returned
- Coffee machine in the lobby 24/7… lattes, hot choc and more
- even an umbrella on the rainy afternoon

"Great spot for exploring the area and well placed for shops and food in the centre of Chamonix. We booked a room with a mountain view and were lucky enough to be on the Mont Blanc side of the hotel. Worth checking when you book/before you check in. The room itself was all great. No air conditioning, but we didn't need it as it's cooler in the mountains than elsewhere in July. The only thing missing from the room were tea and coffee making facilities."
"We had a fantastic stay and truly felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The valet parking was seamless, and having our car cleaned was such a thoughtful touch – it really made us feel special.
The evening meal was exceptional – great quality and beautifully presented. While we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The service, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the stay were definitely 5-star. Would happily return!"
"My holiday started off poorly as my baggage did not arrive with me. I received it 5 days later. The staff at Lyret were empathetic and so supportive in helping including taking receipt of my luggage when it arrived even after I had checked out. They were ever so kind and helpful. I am grateful."
