"We had an amazing stay in Chamonix, France. The hotel was incredibly cozy, clean, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every single day the housekeeping staff kept it absolutely pristine. Waking up and being able to see the mountains from the bed while enjoying the fresh mountain air was honestly unforgettable. The staff truly made the experience even better. Everyone at reception was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist us with recommendations, activities, and guidance around the city. Their hospitality made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold for the swimming pool to be open, but my spouse was able to enjoy the sauna and other amenities and had a great experience with them. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast setup. There was only one plate provided, so guests had to keep reusing the same plate throughout breakfast. Aside from that small detail, everything else was wonderful. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"The overall is a nice guesthouse I wouldn’t call this an hotel The team is very friendly and helpful The rooms are not a good fit for a family even tho they are “family rooms” The stairs are way to narrow to take a suitcase up The location is good but all the hotels there are in good location because it’s a small area The construction next door starting at 6 am and they are making too much noise, hard to sleep In general 3.5/5 stars"
