"Excellent location and fab value for money. Clean and tidy apartment with great facilities. Just bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as location is right next on street."

"The apartment is in a great location but the room was so small and it had lots of hair in the bed. We also didn’t know it had no bathroom so we had to shower outside the room, it was a shared bathroom, not nice at all. "

"Nice helpful launderette man nearby since the property’s laundry is very small , dryers don’t work well but seems to be the way in the UK for the small dryers? Nice pub nearby . And 8 minute walk to dining , grocery, shopping and train and bus . Our kitchen was very very small. Has cutesy sayings where a hook or a shelf would be more useful. Staff helpful, brought fan and extra hangers. "

"The place was ok. Not awful, but not great. A bit tricky to get in touch with the host. We had to wait in a weird-smelling hallway for a half hour for someone to let us in. Extra sheets that we needed were so damp we couldn't use them. Did not love it, but it was fine."

"Simon is a wonderful host! He was very prompt in responding to every text message. His place is very clean and conveniently located outside of central London, yet within easy access to the city within 25 minutes. The flat is well equipped with everything one may need and has a lovely terrace/balcony with a bistro table and a sun lounger. We will definitely stay there when we are in London next and recommend Simon's place to everyone we know. Thanks Simon for being a lovely host."

"The host was very informative and helpful. The property was a really good size and the host had thought about a lot of extra things which made the stay easier. The property is on the first floor so there are some steps but it was easy enough to get up and down with our baby and the pram. The location is great with lots of shops and cafes nearby and it is about a 10 minute walk to Westfield (where we parked securely overnight). There is some on street parking nearby.
