"Staff were very helpful to check in and storage of our luggage after checking out. Room was clean and tidy. To note - only issue we had was that we didn’t have water in the evening this was due to a burst pipe and Thames water were in attendance on the roadside outside. All was ok after"

"This hotel was beautiful! All features in the bedroom were so throughout and useful. The staff were so friendly and willing to help out with anything. The bed was so comfortable and dressing gowns in the bedroom added to the luxuriousness of the hotel. I didn’t realise until talking to a member of staff that the hotel had been open for less than a week but that didn’t show at all."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."
