The only thing that was annoying was the fact that the key to the apartment was not readily available and we had to locate the owners apartment in Market Street to obtain the key and then make our way back to the apartment to gain access. I really think the owner or an agent on behalf of the owner should meet the people staying at the apartment on site or should have the keys boxes on site. This was an AMAZING stay in Windsor. Great Location and even though we showed up early, the owner was REALLY accommodating and let us leave our luggage there while the apartment was being cleaned.
