"Definitely recommend Nice big room with view over canal. The only thing i would mention is the room was very warm. All staff very attentive. Also had a evening meal at the hotel and that was very good. Cooked breakfast good and there is a great choice for breakfast. Very clean hotel."

"The rooms are lovely, me and my partner stayed in the Suite room and it was perfect. Exactly what we needed. We came for a concert and a long weekend of shopping. Everything was clean, tidy and well presented. The staff were helpful and friendly, everyone was very polite. Check in was speedy despite a very large queue, and the luggage room was so so useful for before and after checkout. So very accommodating and a gorgeous building with lots of common areas. Towels, soap, very comfortable king size bed; we recommend indefinitely! "

"First, beautiful hotel I have never seen marble walls like that before, amazing hall, nice staff very accommodating, our room was simple double room then bathroom then single room bathroom was newly renovated but bedroom it self needs attention, overall a beautiful hotel I will definitely stay again very central location with an incredible value."
