Stayed in the junior suite, very clean, extremely spacious. Very large and comfortable king size bed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Booked with Tesco vouchers. First time in Henley on Thames and so very pleased we chose the Hotel du Vin. Everything first class. Couldn’t fault it.

The reception, breakfast and cleaning staff all did a good job. The aircon in the hotel was very effective which was great when it was so hot outside. Plenty of parking, very convenient for access to attractions in the area, close to the river. Very enjoyable visit.

I am kind of reluctant to write this as I want to keep this little Gem a secret all for myself, but I have to share with you all what a wonderful place the Bel and Dragon is. Right from the start I was greeted by a roaring log fire and a friendly face at checkout, whilst being shown my room the complementary 10yr and 12yr old whiskeys for the guests to sample where pointed out. Our one night stay at the Compleat Angler was lovely. While the building and room could do with a bit of an update, the overall experience was lovely. The staff were friendly; the room was spacious with a very comfy bed; and the amenities were excellent.

This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with wood panellings and period furnitures; bed was very comfortable as well. Such a beautiful hidden gem! So glad we booked this for an impromptu weekend away. It’s tucked away in Bray village so it’s very quaint. Beds really comfortable. We also received a complimentary upgrade on the day which was a sweet surprise. Rooms were on the smaller side but honestly not even an issue if it’s just for a night or two. Staff very friendly. Grounds were so peaceful to explore. Wonderful in the sunny weather!

We booked an overnight stay on our wedding night and when arriving got a free upgrade to a honeymoon suite and bottle of champagne

Once again this was an excellent place to come and relax. The spa is incredible, the food superb and the service is top notch. Drinks at the pool are pricey but one of life’s necessities. Stay for two nights and leave 5pm on the second day. Book spa appointments well in advance.

We recently returned and stayed in a comfy double room last weekend. Very well maintained hotel, room and facilities. The room was spotless. Great choice of indoor and outdoor seating and restaurant and bar services. We were satisfied with the gym. We didn’t use the sauna and steam rooms this time. Not the quietest of venues during event nights.

The hotel is in a superb rural location and has a huge field alongside. The room we were given was on the ground floor with a door that gave direct access out to the field that was great for our dog. There are two disabled parking bays nearest the main entrance and reception with a ramp alongside to manage the kerb, however once you reach the main entrance there are two large steps to get into the building. We stayed here for two nights either side of my investiture at Windsor Castle. The location for Windsor Castle could not have been better. The Castle is pretty much across the road. The concierges were both exceptionally helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We went there during the heatwave and we are able to enjoy a chilling night at the hotel.
