The room and grounds were excellent, in a very picturesque setting, with delicious food and great customer service.

Our one night stay at the Compleat Angler was lovely. While the building and room could do with a bit of an update, the overall experience was lovely. The staff were friendly; the room was spacious with a very comfy bed; and the amenities were excellent.

Absolutely beautiful stay… happy with everything. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, large and powerful shower. Will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed here for two nights either side of my investiture at Windsor Castle. The location for Windsor Castle could not have been better. The Castle is pretty much across the road. The concierges were both exceptionally helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for my daughters wedding. Stayed in a suite , which was lovely and big. The staff were very friendly and helpful always. The food in the stables was lovely and the wedding food in the barn was delicious. Everyone loved their rooms and all the food too and the wedding was a huge success thanks to everyone who helped organise the Special day.

Amazing such a lovely time. Mentioned it was a birthday, completely forgot I did and was welcomed to a wine to celebrate. Staff so lovely and kind. Place looked amazing and also free first drink at bar. Also went for food upstairs and was absolutely lovely.

Very attentive staff despite arriving on a busy Saturday evening. Clean rooms, nice food with great service. Parked round the back so don't panic if no parking at the front. Booked family room which was on first floor - but no lift so tricky with baby buggy. Also room was quite warm and AC didn't work, but saying that I would book here again and was happy with this hotel.

Perfect relaxing weekend away. Amazing staff and treatments, couldn't have had a better time.

We loved our stay at Legoland for our son’s birthday. Food was lovely and came out quickly. Room was lovely, slightly dated but clean and plenty of room to run around! The treasure map and gift was a lovely surprise.

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

The hotel is easy accessible via the eighth floor of the adjoining car park, which takes you straight into the hotel reception. The hotel is very clean and stylish, however we wasn’t aware that it was very high up. We was on the 16th floor and my son was very scared to look out of the bedroom window or go into the lift. Dinner/breakfast was also on floor 20. I would say if you like lovely views and heights book this hotel. Grace on reception was amazing she could see how stressed my son was and...
