The room wss lovely. Free upgrsde to a river view. Only 10-15 mins walk from the tube 20 minutes walk on the riverside to the London eye. Near to the house of parliament. There was a floating bar across the road which was definitely worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked. In. We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

Huge room, stayed in a kitchenette room, family of 4. Good location just set back from the river, close to the London Eye and Big Ben. Would stay again.

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

Nice clean hotel, close to attractions. Good size rooms, slept well it was quiet at night. Staff friendly and helpful.

From our arrival at the property we felt very welcome and comfortable. From Marks initial greeting on reception to all orher aspects of our stay we were extremely happy. This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Loved the rooftop pool and fact it had long opening hours was amazing They left Prosecco and a treat as a surprise to make the special birthday weekend even better. Thanks art hotel I’m already googling my return!

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay - the room was quiet, clean, extremely comfortable and furnished to high standards. The fridge had complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely addition. The terrace is lovely for drinks and amazing food. Breakfast was also amazing with every choice you could think of that a breakfast could entail. Staff are very attentive, welcoming and very helpful. A wonderful stay and would recommend to all.
