The most comfy bed, staff were all helpful and lovely, great breakfast, a really lovely stay and would definitely stay again

I arranged this hotel for venue of a small army re-union and we have previously used the Warwick Holiday Express-The Kenilworth far outshone this and everything went with ease and comfort -Staff especially were attentive when they could see our advancing years hampered our progress-many thanks

Very quiet hotel, clean, tidy and attentive staff, especially Albert, he went above and beyond to make our stay with our colleagues perfect. Drinks in the bar were very reasonably priced, breakfast was as good quality standard to start the day.

Beautiful hotel in Stratford within walking distance of the famous sites. Lovely room and very nice toiletries. Will definitely come back.

Lovely warm and welcoming pub/hotel. Staff very welcoming and friendly.Only slight problem is that it took 45 minutes for breakfast to arrive; good job we weren't in a hurry to go somewhere! Brilliant location right in the centre of Stratford

A lovely country house hotel in a quiet setting but close to good road links to the midlands . Staff were professional friendly and well trained , spacious bedroom was very comfortable and immaculate but a little out of date , food was excellent in pleasant surroundings, parking good . I'd definitely stay again when in the area

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location - a short walk to the town and all of the sights.

At last minute I decided to book a hotel nearby Birmingham Airport before an early morning flight out the next day. The hotel is about 1/2 hour away and is set in a quiet beautiful location, so just right for a good night sleep. Upon arrival we were greeted by Alex who was wonderful, so professional and informative about the hotel and surrrounding area, a true ambassador for the hotel. The hotel is stunning and has great luxurious feel. The breakfast was just the right selection of a lite bite...
