"The first night we were set on a room right next to the DJ . So it was so loud we couldn’t sleep until like midnight . The. They were kind enough for the next day to put us in another room . However the bedsheets were so dirty that we couldn’t go to bed until they came back to change them at 11pm . They gave us a bottle of wine for the issue , that was nice but I really didn’t expect this from this price of hotel ."

"Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas.
