Very nice hotel for families. Service was so so at the beginning but it improved along our stay and it seems is much better than other hotels. Family rooms are impressive (fully equipped apartment with 2 rooms). The grounds are lush and gorgeously landscaped and maintained. Our room and the public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. We were very disappointed in a beachfront hotel whose beachfront we were forbidden to swim in. We understood that this was for safety reasons but we did not know this in advance. We were restricted to the hotel family pool because the "grownups" pool was closed.
