The CP staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels, this was the best service I have ever had. The staff knew our names, my morning drink was ready at breakfast, they looked to give us the best service with a smile, anything we needed and more, nothing was too much trouble. The staff wanted to be there happily to help. The pools were fantastic. The facilities were good. Everything was clean and well looked after. Das Familienhotel der gehobenen Klasse bietet sich für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt auf Hainan an. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Ozean war geräumig, sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Der Balkon lud zum Verweilen ein. Die angebotenen Speisen in der Club Lounge waren frisch und lecker. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sehr beeindruckend ist der Swimming Pool auf dem Dach des Hotels. Die AussenPoolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Bade bzw. Schwimmen ein.
