Staff was excellent and helpful, fantastic breakfast and great location. The only reason I did not give it a 5 out 5 was we found a dirty q-tip on the floor and the size of the room was incredible small to the point that one side of the bed had to be pushed up against the wall. This size room should be a single only.

Surprised not to have room cleaning automatically and needed to be requested , the phones didn’t work so had to walk down to reception to request cleaning . Location was good , close to trains and walkable to Tivoli and everything else . Breakfast had a big selection , just was very crowded as I think lots of rooms were booked in summer .

Didn’t feel like a hotel. Felt like a hostel. Had to pay to store my luggage and move it myself. Had to make a reservation for an included breakfast. Not what I was expecting based on the cost of a junior suite.

Room, bed and shower was inadequately small and a very poor value for the money. This standard room was not a standard Copenhagen would be proud of. Was either too hot or too cold. Front desk was helpful and had to order new towels but no cleaning available. Would not stay there again.
