Though most employees spoke Mandarin only, I was able to get by. The amenities were great as well as the food and services. My room smelled a bit like smoke - that was my only complaint as the concierge did not ask me whether I preferred a non-smoking room or a smoking room. The views were amazing from my 18th floor room of the JW Mariott hotel across the way and the ocean to the left of Dadonghai.
