We really enjoyed our stay in Banyantree Sanya with very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Especially we do appreciate Peter’s support throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful and had everything to be amazing. Nevertheless, the service was terrible. Probably 98% of the staff didn't speak English and from the remaining 2%, 1% did speak English but didn't speak Chinese. It was impossible to ask for an omelette with 2 eggs at breakfast as a point of reference. Staff would answer ¨yes yes yes¨ even though they actually didn't understand a word of what you were asking.
