Stayed at Biarritz Hotel 3*. This is a christian hotel, therefore no alcohol on site, but you can bring your own. We travelled from Western Australia for a reunion with my Jersey family and my dads 80th birthday. The restaurant and bar staff were excellent so friendly and helpful. The reception staff were not so good. We had no wifi for 3 days out of the 5 we were there so no contact with our grown up children ...
This is hotel a great find, in a beautiful part of Jersey. The staff are all very friendly abd helpful and the food at the restaurant is really good. Will definitely be back again.
We arrived very late thanks to BA's inability to run their airline to its timetable, but this was not a problem for the staff at the Atlantic Hotel. We were welcomed into the hotel by Jancy, who understood that we were very tired and checked us in very efficiently before showing us to our room. The ...
We stayed at Greenhills for three nights and enjoyed every minute. The staff is professional, friendly and attentive. We only had one dinner in the restaurant, but the food was excellent. The breakfasts were standard hotel fare so there was plenty of choice with something for everyone.
The Channel Islands are among Europe's most popular holiday destinations, and for good reason. Situated between the United Kingdom and France, the islands have a unique identity which comprises dramatic landscapes, idyllic beaches and welcoming local people. Thanks to its favourable climate and abundance of natural beauty, the island of Jersey is particularly popular among golfers. With plenty of golf hotels, it's the ideal destination for those who like to travel with their pitching wedge in tow.
The Royal Jersey Golf Club is one of the island's best-loved courses, and is located on the east coast. The spectacular location offers views out across the ocean, finding Mont Orgueil and the French coast.
Not far from the main town of St. Helier, the Royal Jersey is within easy reach of some of the finest hotels in Jersey. Those who value convenience can check in to Beachcombers, which sits less than half a mile from the course. The boutique hotel houses a gorgeous outdoor pool and offers some very attractive rates.
La Moye Golf Club sits on the other side of Jersey, close to the La Mielles Nature Reserve, on the west coast. While this side of the island is quieter and more rural, it's also home to some exquisite hotels.
The Atlantic Hotel is incredibly well placed for visitors to the golf club, just half a mile down the road. Visitors who are keen to make the most of the stunning beaches on their days off can look into the Golden Sands Hotel, on nearby St. Brelade's Bay.
With such a pleasant climate and so many fine courses, it might be tempting to get out onto the fairway every day. In the event that you decide to take the occasional rest day, hotels in Jersey offer plenty of opportunity to relax and look after yourself.
There are plenty of spa hotels dotted around the island, many of which are within easy reach of the golf courses. Longueville Manor, for example, combines a state of the art spa with close proximity to the Royal Jersey Golf Club.
