"Relaxing"
Only complaint is that there was no mirror where the hairdryer was situated. It could not be unplugged and used at the plug beside the mirror. Stunning views

"nice hotel, well situated, "
our room was quite nice, it had a view over the local primary school and some of the garden, the room was clean and well serviced. I think for anyone looking for a quiet holiday the Beausite is ideal, it is near to a beach, a golf course, and the bus route (which runs approximately every 10mins) just up the road is Gorey a lovely village with a few hotels, pubs and shops, beautiful views across the island, it is also handy for St Helier with was 20 mins by bus the other way .the Breakfast was fine and the staff were helpful. the pool was good, a little cool for some but fine for me, the sauna and Jacuzzi were well used.. the gardens are particularly nice very colourful and picturesque , Evening Meal was fine ( we only had one ) but perhaps a little unadventurous . the bar snacks/room service were very nice, prompt service and reasonably priced , although a hot choice would have been welcome all in all a good place to stay

"Nice Hotel, beach on your doorstep and welcoming!"
Stayed at Biarritz Hotel 3*. This is a christian hotel, therefore no alcohol on site, but you can bring your own. Prayers each morning for approx 15 mins, but we didn't hear the service from our room. Room S1B has a lovely view of St Brelade's Bay (the prettiest beach on the island). The Room was very clean, appeared newly decorated. Staff are friendly/make you feel welcome. Standard English Breakfast/continental served. Tea/Coffee facilities in room only. Bring a torch if you use the stairs at the back of hotel to get to the beach and eateries along the prom, as there is little lighting. Staff happy to oblige if you require anything. Had dinner at The Oyster Box Restaurant x 2 (approx 10 minute walk via the prom) - food was delicious - recommend you book a table in advance as gets very busy - you won't be disappointed!! Staff there were lovely - they offered to drive us back to hotel when taxi was slow to arrive! Lovely atmosphere. Recommend the haddock, whole lobster, mussels and champagne oysters - all the food looked appetising/fresh! Crab Shack eaterie next door was ok. Went on an Island day tour for £20.00pp - not much to see as such, but views are quite pretty. Tour Guide, "Frank", was a sweet, humorous gentleman from Scotland who enlightened us about the history of Jersey - thank you Frank - all the best for your imminent retirement. Would stay again as a quick getaway to recharge batteries. Good value for money for a 3 night relaxing stay. Clientele mostly elderly

"Great little hotel in a beautiful parish in Jersey"
We visited this hotel at the end of August 2016 and it was very busy. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and nothing seemed like too much bother for them. The room we stayed in although small was clean and nicely furnished, the bathroom was modern. The week we visited was a very warm and the room wouldn't have missed some air conditioning as some of the nights were uncomfortable due to the heat. Soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great and on many occasions the sounds of "general living" could be heard from other rooms. There was a small bar which compared to other prices we paid in Jersey was reasonably priced. we ate a meal there which was nice although the menu felt a little limited considering the location of the hotel and lack of other options in the surrounding area. Beachcombers Hotel is set in a beautiful location and swimming in their outdoor pool was a pleasure, the pool was warm and well maintained. The hotel provided you with clean towels each day to take into the pool area. Drinks were also put into plastic cups if you were drinking poolside. Within a mile you can walk into the beautiful harbour town of Gorey where you'll find several seafood restaurants and an ancient castle. Also a short walk away uphill is Queen's Valley reservoir where you'll see plenty of wildlife. Buses run regular into St Helier, hotel staff were happy to help us with bus stop and bus times. There was plenty of parking available for hotel guests. https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk

"Just about okay"
I stayed in a single room which was tiny and in desperate need of updating. Larger rooms may well be better, so I can only go by my room. There was poor to no wifi throughout the hotel despite the lobby stating free wifi is available. I have stayed in much worse hotels but have stayed in much better to. It did what it needed to do for a business trip and was cheaper than most so I guess you get what you pay for.

Pocket Guide: Family Friendly Hotels in Jersey

Blessed with exquisite beaches, gorgeous landscapes and plenty of exciting attractions, Jersey makes an ideal destination for a memorable family holiday. The largest of the Channel Islands combines a favourable climate with short journey times from much of Europe, making it a year-round hit with tourists. To round it all off, visitors can take their pick from a wide variety of first-rate family-friendly hotels.

    Some Of Europe's Finest Beaches

Whether you're keen to take the kids on a lengthy coastal walk or just kick back and relax in the summer sun, you'll be glad for Jersey's abundance of stunning beaches, which are up there with Europe's very best.

One of the island's most popular beaches is the bay at St. Brelade, which offers a sheltered location and a long, pristine stretch of sand. This southern resort is packed with fabulous family hotels. The Biarritz Hotel is right on the seafront and features a whole host of family facilities, including a fun-packed kids club.

    Childcare and Babysitting

Holidaying with the young ones is a lot of fun, but it can also be tiring! Once or twice during your break it can be nice for mum and dad to steal a moment or two for themselves. Some of the best family hotels in Jersey make this a great deal easier by offering childcare and babysitting services. The Greenhills Country Hotel is St. Peter offers this service, allowing parents the chance to make the most of one another's company in this romantic setting.

    Kids' Activities

While the idyllic scenery and beautiful sunsets are enough to please most holidaymakers, children can be a little more demanding. Kids are on the lookout for things to do all of the time. While there are plenty of fascinating and fun attractions around Jersey, it can be a big help for parents when hotels offer some activities of their own.

Les Ormes Resort in the west of the island provides plenty of entertainment for youngsters. There's an arcade room just for kids and a number of sports facilities, such as a number of tennis courts. There's even a dedicated children's swimming pool.
