The Golden Sands

The Golden Sands

10/10 Excellent
"The golden Sands is a stunning family run hotel right on Saint Beard Beach, and the highlight are the excellent staff. The restaurant is great and the rims are average sized and well worth the Seaview. The only comment would be no air-conditioning, not normally a problem given the Seabreeze but it was really hot during our day. I’ll definitely return."

"Great value hotel. Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Live mysic in the evening is great. Interconnected family room was great, though rooms and bathroom are getting tired snd need a refresh. Pool isn't heated and was freezing, but still nice to have and great area for relaxing. Good location to town, beach and park."

Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa

Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good
"Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired. We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating. One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply."

Westhill Country Hotel

Westhill Country Hotel

8/10 Good
"Gardens, pool & aviary all in fine condition, a pleasant and interesting layout to the whole site. Room decor a little tired and this was an old-style small single bed with a mattress approaching the end of its service life. Could hear noises from guest in next room but nothing too intrusive. Food at dinner very nice if a bit portion-controlled. Cheerful staff were helpful and kept up a good atmosphere. Was my 2nd visit and I hope to return"
