"Can only praise the efforts of management and staff to ensure everything goes well on holiday. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable . Only one wardrobe with limited shelf storage which was a problem. We used the adult only facilities for dining and for pre and post meal drinks. The food was varied and tasty but disappointed not to see a strawberry offering!! Not a problem with Sun loungers around the adult pool although there was always those early risers reserving beds with towels before going for breakfast. We upgraded to all inclusive plus giving daily access to the a la carte restaurant and the adults only bar. Nothing more to pay on the premium drinks and the measures are more than generous. Cocktails are available and freshly prepared. Entertainment in the evening was ok but a bit more suited to younger children. This hotel is situated only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of €13 and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Can recommend for both families and couples. "

"Weather was good but too hot at times. Bed rooms were fab and the scuba diving centre was a highlight for me as it was based on the Hotel Campus. Breakfast was superb . Would look outside to Hotel for Dinner. Very sterile environment. No atmosphere. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. We were very lucky to get an upgrade and the suite was spacious with a wonderful view overlooking the ocean. Only downside for us was the size of the hotel. We prefer smaller, boutique type hotels and this hotel is quit large. There is also limited places to eat (only one dining room) unless you want to walk to the nearby wharf. "

"Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main resort strip is about 15 minute walk. "

Pool bar: 3 little expensive, and no too high quality. Reception:5 wonderful people and service. Entertainment :4 just good Location :4 as mentioned when booking 20 minutes walk, little steep, opposite you have public transport for a few euro's you come everywhere. "Hotel was overall very good, all inclusive choice of food was excellent, alcohol choices were extremely poor. I would normally stay in H10 and it doesn't really compare to be honest. At H10 you get a choice of a bottle of water or glass of wine with your dinner. Here you only got a small glass of water. Room was very clean and air conditioning was also very efficient, hotel overall was well manicured which makes for a very pleasant experience. Shower size and pressure was excellent, there seemed to be a slight glitch in that occasionally where the shower water would get very hot quite quickly without having touched the regulator (Room 326). Hotel location is very good approx 4km from the port in Puerto del Carmen and something similar to the airport runway. The beach to the front of the hotel is an excellent beach and reasonably safe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is designed to make it feel like each room is an apartment and when you leave the room you get a feeling of being outside immediately which is quite nice and takes away the claustrophobic feel of hotel corridors. Entertainment was also very good taking into account it is a holiday hotel, a lot of the performers seemed to be from Bulgaria and we really enjoyed the shows they put on and you could tell there was a lot of effort put in with limited stage and equipment to probably work with so they deserve a lot of credit. Overall its a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay."
