At breakfast the next morning I asked Joshua if it would be okay to take a mug up to my room, as the coffe cups provided are a little small for a devoted tea swigger like me. Joshua didn't just make me feel comfortable about making this request, but later brought me a mug to borrow. I found out later in my stay that he had been working solo that morning too, but that did not show in his interactions at all. I observed Erin showing the same standards of above and beyond levels of customer service the next morning too. I hope they both feel valued for the difference they make to people's stay. One very small suggestion- decaff options for in room beverages, pretty please?
