"We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and aesthetically it still is up there amongst the best City Centre hotels. Tip - don’t make the mistake of opting for a later breakfast. We thought we’d explore the City first thing but by 10 am choice is restricted."

One area to improve was to actually indicate what is available on the property, for instance, on check in - nothing about the spa, the stockman bar, games room or pool.
