"The room was better than expected and housekeeping did a great job for the duration of my stay. Staff was helpful and, because the room I was supposed to have was not ready, they did not hesitate to give me another room. The internet was reliable and stable. I did not experienced the breakfast fare as I had some gluten free fare with me, but I tried the high tea lunch when I arrived and the food was good as well a reasonably priced."

"In all aspects everything was excellent. Room so clean and comfortable, the staff all extremely friendly and helpful. The evening meals were really well presented, and cooked to perfection, the breakfast self-service everything you would like. The parking a little tight at the front but other car park available at the rear. All in all wished we could have stayed longer."

"The hotel is well situated for Union street and resturants and bars. Rooms were clean and basic. Staff were helpful, especially navigating the parking app. Parking was extra but at least it is reassuring to have your car somewhere safe in the city centre . Breakfast was OK."
