"As expected the hotel was very close to the Railway Station. Very handy for local shops and restaurants. This is a very dependable hotel a d you cant fault it for the price. The room was clean the bed comfortable and towels were clean fluffy and there were plenty of them. "

"I stay here every time I come to Aberdeen on business. It's a good and reliable hotel. This time though the bed was not the usual standard. In an Executive room there is usually a very comfortable super king bed; this time it was a double with a less good mattress. Not sure what's going on here as one would expect that the same class of room in the same hotel would have identical facilities. "

"Staff at check in were courteous and helpfull. Room was clean but lacked some of the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. No fridge or water. Slippers were advertised as part of the room but were not provided. Having to request room upkeep on the previous day was a strange idea. Also we were very surprised at having to pay extra for parking, which was not mentioned in the booking page."
