Really lovely house with amazing owners who can’t do enough for you, who were also great for local recommendations. The room was beautiful, the communal areas are stunning and a great place to chill out in the evening with a book and a whisky! The breakfast was superb! A lovely stay!

We had a bay view room which looked directly out onto the harbour which was lovely to wake up to The room was spotlessly clean and modern with everything we needed built in. The tea and coffee station was tucked away nicely and there was a full size fridge with a freezer in. We found this excellent as we were travelling so it gave us a good opportunity to freeze our ice packs for the cool bag and chill our drinks down for when we set off again in the morning.

This has an amazing restaurant,staff very knowledgeable and very friendly, food excellent, very homely pub also and friendly people,hotel room excellent and clean , we had dogs with us and they were warmly welcomed also , can take dogs in bar but not restaurant which is not a problem at all ,excellent location with great parking ,highly recommended and we will be back ,dinner in evening great selection of locally sourced produce , and also breakfast in the morning amazing .

Absolutely loved our stay at The Poplars. Nancy & Scott couldnt have done anymore. Spotlessly clean & breakfast well what can i say nothing to not like. The location spot on the views are unreal! Easy walking distance to everything. Parking great. Thank you. Anne-marie & Michael.

Breakfast was excellent. Cooked English breakfast was substantial and very tasty. Staff very friendly. Hotels immaculately clean. Nice hot shower.

Very comfortable guest house convenient for the centre of Aviemore. Good off road parking and useful outside tap/hose for muddy boots & bikes

This was the perfect getaway for me. Situated approx. 5 minutes from the Main Street surrounded by beautiful countryside and tranquility. I loved every minute of my stay as a solo traveller I felt very safe and looked after by the amazing staff. Deluxe room was perfect for my needs, very spacious with a lovely deep bath and separate walk-in shower. The bed was massive and one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast each morning was delicious, especially the granola. I cannot rate this...

The staff were extremely courteous & helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel and grounds superb. Will definitely stay again.

Always good staying here. Towels, shampoo and soap all provided. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Well stocked bar. Staff generally leave you be, but always plenty around. You'll do well staying here.

Lovely B+B, great location, in main house but next time will stay in Glamping pods!

The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel overall. Bedroom, front enterance etc. Good variety of continental breakfast and cooked breakfast. The front grass were the group of tables are could do with a cut and one of the wooden small tables need checking as it tipped forward and our drinks fell on the grass. But, was nothing to faukt the hotel but front garden needs some attention
