"We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The only slight annoyance was that we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, so had to sleep with the window open, which meant that the gulls woke us up quite early in the morning. We were celebrating our birthdays and the hotel gave us a lovely plate of cakes to honor this! We skipped paying for breakfast because there are so many wonderful bakeries in Bath and the breakfast was on the pricey side. I still wouldn’t hesitate staying here again! "

"We were upgraded on arrival to a balcony room. Room was spacious and clean with a nice view from the balcony. Staff were great, bar was nice and opens late. Spa facilities were a real bonus. Would definitely recommend."

"The staff were outstanding, from the guys on reception through to the breakfast staff. The rooms were lovely, clean and welcoming, the fridge was an added bonus. Breakfast was great, everything you could have ask for, they had a waffle machine that made the most delicious blueberry waffles. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the thermal spa and shops and the other direction pubs and restaurants We found the hotel to be very quiet not just the location but clientele. "

"Best hotel ever ! Location was perfect. Very easy walk from the train station and rugby stadium. Tons of shopping and food options located close. Hotel decor was adorable and size of the room and bathroom were great. Can’t say enough great things. We loved it. "

I especially liked having breakfast served to the table instead of buffet - that should be highlighted on the website. I was upgraded to a lovely airy 2nd floor room with a bath in the annex which was welcome on a hot couple of days. "
