"We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very child friendly with a lending library of books and games, colouring and the staff even had little pouches of duck food to feed the swans on the canal.
The pool was clean and the water was warm though the changing rooms were very cold and a little tired. This didn’t stop us having an excellent swimming experience though.
All in all, we couldn’t have asked for more and both said that we’d stay here again in a heartbeat if we were to return to the area. "

"My mother required a more accessible bathroom because of new disability. Staff members Sallie and Steve McCabe were able to find her a suitable alternative room which made her stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
Many thanks both"

"Busy property, lots of families and people using the gym. The bar and grill can be very busy and noisy with children running around which makes it a little noisy for other residents - the lack of soft furnishings enhances the noise. The conservatory is the only quiet space available so is prime real estate for anyone without young children.
Hotel was clean, staff were super helpful all the time. We were in a freshly renovated room where the bathroom renovation was excellent apart from a lack of towel rails. The bedroom needed another light in the TV corner and maybe an armchair."

"Lovely stay in the hotel, room was great, only downside the restaurant/lounge was expensive for food that’s quite basic, breakfast was good value though. "
