"The beakfast was excellent, staff was helpful. We would have prefered to have a tea/coffee maker and some water in the room. The room was comfortable and well maintained."

"I stayed 3 nights and the first 2 were ok. Third night I noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working. Long story short, I phoned Reception 3 times, was told a maintenance person was “on his way” but he never turned up. Said they only have one maintenance person for the whole hotel and he was busy!! And they didn’t offer another staff person to possibly come and help me. I got fedup waiting for maintenance, had to go to bed as I was catching a flight the next morning. Slept very fitfully. Location very convenient for Heathrow. I had actually stayed there before but there wasn’t a heatwave at that time! Bed comfy. Breakfast buffet very good."

"The swim area was excellent, the service was excellent in the bar and restaurant areas. The rooms are very very outdated. The bathroom was not clean. We stayed for two nights and the first day we went out we returned to our room not being maid services we were told we had to request it and there is no one to clean our room now. This was not said to us on check in so we weren’t to know we had to request it. I spent about 30mins to clean the room for my family on the second night whilst my husband and son went swimming. I don’t think this was good enough. Breakfast was good and again service here good just shame about the outdated room and cleanliness"

"We were lucky enough to hold our wedding at The Oatlands Park Hotel. We had a celebratory meal in the Garden Room. We also stayed in the Superior Deluxe Room. It was a very hot day, fortunately the hotel has air conditioning which was wonderful. The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed. The food for the wedding meal was delicious. We can’t fault the staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly. We would like to say a very special thank you to Lorna from the Events team Matthew and Mikey. We are so happy we booked Oatlands Park Hotel and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Debbie and Alan"
