"Such beautiful tranquil settings in the Hertfordshire countryside. From the moment you drive into the long drive towards the hotel to arriving at the reception its so beautiful. The peacocks add a lovely touch and the garden setting was lovely on a nice warm summers day. The hotel smelled so lovely and fresh and the rooms was air conditioned and so cool upon arriving. Great shower amenities. I would definitely stay here again "

"Convenient location for airport and short bus ride from train station. Evening meal choice limited but good value. Breakfast very good. Room comfortable, bathroom very small and a step entry which was a bit of a trip hazard. "

"My third stay and the best so far. Previously I've been in rooms that have an interconnecting door and there's been some noise. This room was smaller but perfect for my needs and the aircon on a hot sunny day was a delight on entering the room. "
