    Juliet was a wonderful host and her apartment is very comfortable. We had a bad time with another landlord who had booked us on HomeAway while one his employees had booked the apartment on airbnb. We got the property only to find someone else in and were then shunted into another apartment for half the stay with no idea where we would go for the 2nd half. I finally got them to agree to pay for this rental with Juliet. Based on the situation, I gave her little notice and asked a favor of an early check in, Juliet was SO responsive and so accommodating - she definitely met her stated objective of making us feel at home. She was also super helpful and speedy when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the property. This apartment was lovely and suited our needs perfectly, we wish we had booked to stay here from the beginning and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Juliet!!!!…

    I like the old style size of rooms and hallways at Penn. The rooms are larger than most affordable hotels so you have space to move around. Bed was very comfortable. This was my second visit and I have not yet been disappointed. Only complaint would be the ‘free breakfast’ ..being you have to walk a block and a half outside of the hotel for one drink and a muffin of some sort. I ended up just buying coffee and tea at the shop in the lobby. Overall it was a good experience.…
